Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Where do you board the bus?
Our buses provide service on the East Side of the new Multimodal Facility, in the bus loop. The bus loop has a covered walkway with access all the way to the ticket desk in the main terminal, which will protect passengers from outside elements. Once you park in the Trans-Bridge Customer parking lot, you’ll walk in the direction of the airport, as seen on the map, below. The Multimodal Facility and parking lot, also, have great lighting for those late night/early morning travelers.
PARKING
Where do you park your car?

With a valid parking permit, Trans-Bridge Lines passengers are able to utilize the Trans-Bridge Customer parking lot to the East of the Facility.  A valid parking permit is required.

Upon entering the Airport (from Airport Road or City Line Road) you’ll make your first right turn (towards Car Rental Returns) onto Bert Daday Drive and follow signs for Trans-Bridge Customer parking. See map below for a more detailed look.
Please enter through the center lane as we patiently await our overhead back-lit sign to be installed.
Policy & Permits

Parking Permits must be properly displayed in your vehicle while parked in the Trans-Bridge Customer parking lot at ABE. Parking permits will be validated monthly by ABE agents, with the purchase of a new Commuter Book. All violators will be ticketed and towed. Please allow extra time to purchase Commuter Book and validate parking permit, as buses will leave on schedule.

Make sure your permit is properly displayed, front-facing and hanging, on your rear-view mirror. Any permits not properly displayed in this way are subject to parking violations and fines outside of Trans-Bridge Lines control. ABE heavily enforces this parking policy.

15-Minute Parking to purchase tickets & obtain parking permits
ABE offers our customers (3) 15-minute parking spots, in short-term parking. The reserved parking spots are marked and monitored for Trans-Bridge Lines customers only. Customers utilizing these spaces will need to obtain a parking ticket to enter the lot, and exit the parking lot presenting their parking ticket and also a Trans-Bridge Lines ticket purchased that same day. Trans-Bridge Lines’ customers will not be charged for utilizing these spaces, should their transaction take longer than the allotted time. For a directional map to and from these parking spots, click here.
I'm getting dropped off, but I don't have a ticket; where can my ride drop me off?
If you are dropped off (e.g. by carpool / taxi / Uber / family member or friend) and need to purchase tickets, we suggest your driver use the “Arrivals” route at ABE. Trans-Bridge Lines' passengers can be dropped off at, or near, the lower level main entrance of Arrivals; the Information Passenger Services desk is directly inside the second entrance. Upon purchasing your ticket(s), walk directly to the Bus Loop in the Multimodal Facility.
